Auckland Yewon Church is a Korean-language Protestant congregation in Henderson, West Auckland. We gather for Sunday worship, prayer, and teaching from the Bible. Newcomers and families are welcome—if you are more comfortable in English, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
✝️ 목사 인사말
살아보니까 알겠더라고요.
사람은 버티는 것으로 사는 게 아니라, 붙들림으로 사는 거라는 걸요.
겉으로는 괜찮아 보여도
속은 무너져 있는 날들이 있고,
아무도 모르지만 혼자 울어야 했던 시간들이 있습니다.
그런데 하나님은
그 순간에도 우리를 놓지 않으셨습니다.
우리 교회는 그 은혜를 경험한 사람들이 모인 곳입니다.
그래서 우리는 다음 세대를 포기하지 않습니다.
아기학교와 미션스쿨을 통해
어린 생명들이 하나님 안에서 자라가도록 돕고,
중·고등부와 청년부/대학부(디모데국)를 통해
흔들리는 세대가 다시 일어설 수 있도록 함께 걸어갑니다.
그리고 하나님이 주신 마음 하나로
우리는 핸더슨으로 나아갔고,
사모아를 비롯한 14개 섬나라를 향해
복음을 전하는 길을 걷고 있습니다.
우리는 대단해서 여기까지 온 것이 아닙니다.
단지, 은혜에 붙들렸기 때문에 여기까지 왔습니다.
혹시 지금
지치셨습니까.
무너져 있습니까.
혼자라고 느끼십니까.
괜찮습니다.
하나님은 여전히 당신을 붙들고 계십니다.
그리고
그 은혜를 함께 나눌 공동체가 여기 있습니다.
당신을 기다리고 있습니다.

✝️ Pastor’s Message
As I’ve lived life, I’ve come to realize something—
we don’t live by holding on, but by being held.
There are days when we look fine on the outside,
yet inside, we are falling apart.
Moments when we cry alone, and no one knows.
But even in those moments,
God has never let go of us.
Our church is a community of people
who have experienced that grace.
That is why we never give up on the next generation.
Through our Baby School and Mission School,
we help young lives grow in faith.
Through our youth and young adult ministries (Timothy Ministry),
we walk together with a generation that is searching and struggling.
With the heart God has given us,
we have stepped into Henderson,
and we are continuing to share the Gospel
with Samoa and 14 island nations.
We did not come this far because we are strong.
We came this far because we were held by grace.
Are you tired?
Do you feel like you’re falling apart?
Do you feel alone?
It’s okay.
God is still holding you.
And here,
there is a community
ready to share that grace with you.
We are waiting for you.
